Who we are

Soraksh Softworks (“Soraksh”, “we”) operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through it and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, business name and business website, project type and the message you write. We also save the campaign tags in the link you arrived from (the “utm” parameters, if any) and the name of the website that referred you, so we know which channel an inquiry came from — never the full address of that page. We do not require an account. We do not collect payment information on this site.

We do not run advertising trackers. With your consent only, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and clicks on buttons such as “Save contact”); it sets cookies in your browser and Google may process this data outside India. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded. Your light/dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser and is never sent to us.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, scope and quote projects, and keep a record of our communication with you. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it for us

The website is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses and browser details to serve and protect the site. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through Amazon Web Services (SES) and may also trigger an internal notification through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Meta). Each submission is also stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare so that no inquiry is lost if a notification fails. Analytics data is processed by Google only if you accept analytics cookies. These providers process data on our behalf only for those purposes.

Retention

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business record of the conversation, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@soraksh.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
