Getting started

What kind of projects do you take on?

Custom software for businesses: web applications, new websites and landing pages, renovation of existing websites, mobile apps, AI agents, and RAG systems that answer from your own documents. We also host and maintain what we build.

Not sure your idea fits? Describe it in the contact form and we'll tell you honestly.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. We're based in India and work remotely with clients worldwide. Our founder has shipped systems used in India, the US, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Italy, France, and Germany.

We're available for at least three hours inside your business day, every working day, for calls and quick questions — more on monthly plans. Everything else runs on written updates, so work keeps moving while you're offline.

How do we get started?

Send a message through the contact form, WhatsApp, or email. We reply within one business day and set up a free call to understand the problem, your users, and your constraints.

After that, you get a written proposal with scope, milestones, and price.

What should we share before the first call?

Whatever you already have: the problem you want to solve, who will use it, any systems or data it must connect to, your timeline, and a budget range if you have one. A rough idea is enough — shaping it is part of discovery.

Pricing & payments

How much does a project cost?

It depends on what you need, so we quote after a short discovery call. The price is driven by the number of screens or pages, the systems it must connect to, how complex the AI part is, and your timeline.

You always get a fixed written quote — scope, milestones, and price — before any work starts.

Fixed price or hourly — how do you charge?

Fixed price per milestone when the scope is clear, as with most websites and apps. For larger or less certain work — especially AI — we start with a short paid discovery, then give a fixed quote.

Ongoing work runs on a monthly plan. We don't bill projects by the hour.

How do payments work?

An advance to start, then payments tied to milestones you review and approve. A typical schedule is 40% when the project is signed, 30% at the mid-project milestone, and 30% at launch; your proposal confirms the final split.

Indian clients pay by bank transfer or UPI. International clients pay by bank transfer in USD, GBP, or EUR to local account details we share on the invoice, so it works like a domestic payment on your side.

Are taxes included in your prices?

Prices for Indian clients are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added to the invoice. International invoices are in USD, GBP, or EUR.

What if our requirements change midway?

That's normal. We write up the change with its effect on cost and timeline, and start only after you approve it. Nothing is added to your bill without your sign-off.

Do you offer monthly plans for ongoing development?

Yes — a share of our team's time every month for features, design, testing, DevOps, and maintenance, with progress reviewed every two weeks. Plans come in 20, 40, or 80 hours a month; a dedicated developer is quoted separately.

The minimum term is three months. After that, you can stop or change the plan with 30 days' notice.

Process & timelines

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope. Typical planning ranges, in calendar weeks from kickoff:

  • Discovery & planning: 1–2 weeks
  • Landing page: 2–3 weeks
  • Business website: 4–8 weeks
  • Website renovation: 4–6 weeks
  • Website rebuild / migration: 6–10+ weeks
  • Web application MVP: 8–12 weeks
  • Mobile application MVP: 12–20 weeks
  • AI agent / RAG pilot: 3–4 weeks

A smaller scope with content ready can finish sooner. Mobile timelines end at app store submission. Your proposal includes a milestone plan with dates.

How will we know what's happening?

You review working software at every milestone on a shared staging link, and get written progress notes: what shipped, what's next, and what's blocked. No surprises at the end.

Who will we work with?

A named engagement lead who owns scope, timeline, and quality for your project, and is your single point of contact.

How do you make sure the quality is good?

Every change goes through code review, automated tests, and security checks before it reaches your environment. We write type-safe code and set up monitoring from day one.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA before you share any details.

AI & your data

What can an AI agent actually do for my business?

An AI agent takes real actions in your existing tools, not just chat. For example: triaging support tickets and drafting replies, extracting data from invoices into your accounting system, qualifying leads and updating your CRM, or preparing reports from several systems.

We start where it saves the most time.

What is RAG, and when do we need it?

RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) lets an AI answer questions from your own documents and data instead of guessing.

You need it when the answers live in your manuals, policies, contracts, or knowledge base — for example, an internal assistant for staff or a support assistant for customers.

Will our data be used to train AI models?

No. We use AI providers' business and API services with model training switched off, so your prompts, documents, and outputs aren't used to train their models.

Which AI models do you use?

We're model-agnostic and mostly use Claude and GPT, chosen per task for quality, cost, and data rules. You can switch models later without rebuilding the system.

How do you stop the AI from making things up?

Answers are grounded in your own sources and can show where they came from. We test against real questions before launch, add guardrails for out-of-scope requests, and hand over to a person when the AI isn't confident.

What does it cost to run AI after launch?

AI usage — model API calls and search infrastructure — depends on volume and is passed through to you at cost, with no markup.

We estimate it before you build, and keep it down with caching and the right model for each step.

Ownership & security

Who owns the code?

You do. Once the project is paid in full, the code, designs, and documentation built for you are yours — worldwide and permanently — along with full access to the repository and accounts.

Reusable tools we bring in stay ours, and you get a permanent licence to use them in your product.

Where is our data stored?

Your choice: on our cloud, or on your own servers or cloud account. Data storage and database access are configured separately from visitor access to your website or app. The data stays yours; access, export, and handover are agreed before setup.

How do you keep our project secure?

Security is built into how we work, not added at the end. We follow zero-trust principles, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and keep audit trails.

Every change goes through code review, automated tests, and security checks before it reaches your environment. Security reviews are available on request for regulated projects.

How are backups handled?

Backups are part of every hosting and care plan. Your plan defines what is backed up, how often, how long it's kept, and how restores work.

What if we want another team to take over later?

You can. You get the source code, documentation, and access. We build on standard, widely used tools, so there's no lock-in to us or to any single vendor.

Websites, apps & SEO

What does a Website Health Audit cost, and what do we receive?

The fixed one-time fee is ₹4,999 for India or US$149 internationally, for up to 5 public pages and 1 existing enquiry form. Delivery is typically 2–3 working days with content and access ready.

You receive a manual mobile and desktop review, technical SEO checks, performance baseline results, a prioritised PDF report with screenshots and fix instructions, and a 30-minute findings walkthrough. Implementation is quoted separately.

When you book a website implementation package with us, we credit this audit fee once against its development fee. Your proposal confirms the credit terms.

Code investigation, complex CMS or checkout reviews and larger websites require a separately scoped detailed audit. Your proposal confirms the reviewed pages, exclusions and applicable taxes.

Can you improve our existing website?

Yes. We review the current website, agree its main problems and recommend a focused improvement sprint, a broader renovation or a rebuild when the existing platform limits the work.

The renovation package typically covers up to 5 public pages, 3 distinct layouts and 1 enquiry form, with UI/UX, technical SEO, performance, agreed accessibility fixes and a before-and-after report.

Plan for 2 consolidated revision rounds and 30 days of post-launch defect support. The written proposal confirms the exact coverage.

What does website renovation cost, and how long does it take?

Indicative starting budgets are ₹75,000 for India and US$2,500 internationally. Typical delivery is 4–6 weeks from agreed kickoff, with access, content and feedback ready.

The audit determines the final scope and fixed quote. Additional pages, integrations, copywriting, platform replacement and third-party costs are scoped separately. A health audit or focused sprint can suit a smaller set of problems.

Can we see your SEO results, and do you guarantee 100/100?

Our public homepage recorded 100/100 SEO on mobile and desktop on 13 October 2026. The demo includes the original report links and mobile and desktop screenshots.

We agree measurable targets after reviewing your site. A result for one page and date is evidence of that test, not a guarantee for every website or tool. Performance and SEO are separate scores, and a technical score does not guarantee rankings or enquiry growth.

Will our website show up on Google?

Every website ships with technical SEO built in: fast loading, correct titles and descriptions, a sitemap, structured data, and mobile-friendly pages. We also set up Google Search Console, so you can see how your site performs in search.

Rankings also depend on your content and competition, so nobody can honestly guarantee a position — be wary of anyone who does.

Can we update the website content ourselves?

It depends on how the site is built:

  • Dynamic websites and applications come with an admin area, so your team manages the content and data yourselves.
  • Static websites — the fastest and most secure option for marketing sites — are updated by us. Send a change request: text, image, and small visual changes are covered by your care plan, and new pages or features are quoted separately. If the site runs on your own servers, your team can also edit it directly.
Do you build both iOS and Android apps?

Yes. We use React Native, so one codebase runs on both iOS and Android and shares the same backend as your web platform.

Apps are published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, so the store listings belong to you.

Do you design as well as develop?

Yes. UX and UI design is part of every project's design phase, and design and development happen in the same team.

Hosting, domains & support

Do you provide hosting?

Yes. We can manage hosting on our cloud or in your own cloud account or servers, including deployment, monitoring, backups, and updates within the agreed plan. Customer-facing websites and apps can be publicly accessible over HTTPS; internal applications can have restricted access. Database and administrative access are restricted separately, with VPN access where appropriate. Your proposal confirms the setup.

Can you register our domain?

Yes. We register and set up your domain, DNS, SSL, and business email. The domain is registered in your name, and we remind you well before each renewal so it never lapses.

Do we need our own domain?

No. If you don't have one yet, we can put your project live on a free subdomain of our client-hosting domain. You pay only for hosting, and you can move to your own domain at any time.

What happens after launch?

We stay. Every project includes free bug fixes and support after launch: 30 days for websites and web applications, and 60 days for mobile apps and enterprise projects. New features and design changes are quoted separately.

After that, a care plan keeps the product monitored, backed up, patched, and up to date.

What do care plans include?

Monitoring, backups, security patches, platform updates, and technical support — plus text, image, and small visual changes for static websites.

Plans are sized for websites, web applications, and growing production systems. Hosting infrastructure is billed separately.
